I’m Giovanna an EMCC/NOBCO certified career and leadership coach specializing in supporting international professionals, executive operations, and first-time managers in multicultural workplaces.
With 19 years of corporate experience supporting senior leadership, I help teams build cultural intelligence, reduce burnout risk, and develop high-potential talent through trauma-informed coaching.
I work with new managers and executive operations to strengthen leadership skills, improve cross-cultural collaboration, and grow confidence and impact. Coaching is available in English,Dutch and Spanish, online or in person, based in the Netherlands.
